Hotel Manager/ Resident Manager (M/F)

• Be able to demonstrate an excellent working track record in hotel operations
• Excellent communication, Training, Representations and computer skills

• Any University Graduate
• Age between 25 years – 35 years
• Must have minimum 2 years work experience in related job
• Must have knowledge in HR policies and procedures

• Good command of English Language

Chief Engineer (M)

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Minimum 10 years experiences in hotel property maintenance operations
• Ability to manage all engineering and maintenance operations.
• Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects.
• Preventive maintenance and energy conservation.
• Ability to lead the emergency response team.
• Excellent skill of problem solving and decision-making.
• Strong leadership skill and interpersonal skill
• Good command of English Language

Asst. Engineer (M)

• A degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering BE/AGTI/B.Tech (EP/EC)
• Minimum 7 years experiences in related field.
• Ability to assist Chief Engineer in managing all maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership skill and interpersonal skill
• Must be able to travel for the maintenance of hotels in other cities.

Food & Beverage Manager (M/F)

• At least 5 years F&B management experience in Int’l hotel and restaurant field. Oversea working experience preferable.
• University Degree, highly competent in both bar and restaurant nature.
• Able to plan, lead, organize and control. Fluent English (4-skills).
• Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
• Good command of English
• Ability to work under pressure
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team

Front Office Manager ( M/F)

• University Graduate
• At least five year experience in Front Office Operations in Hotel Industry
• Must be able to lead the Front Office team.
• Fluent in spoken English language skills and computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Highly organized and self-motivated

Secretary (F)

• Any University Graduate
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Computer Literate
• Good personality
• Good Communication Skill

IT Supervisor (M)

• University Graduate
• Age Between 25-30 years
• Must have certificate in networking
• Must have experience in concept of firewall server , mail server and file server
• Must be able to do hardware and networking installation, trouble and maintenance
• At least 3 years experience in IT professional field.
• Good communication skill.

Senior Accountant (M/F)

• B.Com or CPA
• Five years experience in Accounting field
• Preferable with hotel experience
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Be highly skilful in MS Excel
• Good command of English Language

Reservation Manager (M/F)

• Any University Graduate
• Three years experience in hotel reservation.
• Computer literate
• Good command of English Language

Senior Sales Manager ( F)

• University Graduate
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
• Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and demonstrable experience
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly for a sales audience
• Creative, Innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Any graduate, age between 25-35 years

• Online sales channel development, negotiated online travel agents, set up extranet system, train online reservation and monitor performance.
• Website, content management, design and setting up online booking system.
• Proficiency in the English language

Graphic Designer (M/F)

• University Graduate
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field
• Computer literate Experience in (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Software) is more preferable

• Procurement and Purchasing goods in a timely manner the right goods, equipments & service at the best price to get smooth, efficient and cost effective operation of the hotels.
• Responsible for the overall operation of HPD, administrative guidance of HPD staff, day to day implementation, supervision, documentation, reporting & accounting of HPD projects & tasks.
• Oversea import & export knowledge
• To Assist Dy ED in developing purchasing contract, procedure & policies.

Storekeeper (M/F)

• Any University Graduate
• Minimum 1 years experience in related field
• Ability to work under pressure
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Responsible for overall store management and can make stock list
• Well Knowledge in Inventory Lists and Ledger Issue
• Be highly skilful in MS Excel

Chef de Partie (M/F)

• Minimum 3 years experience in related field
• Strong culinary and leadership skills
• Goods communication skills
• Proficiency in the English language

Waiter/Waitress (M/F)

• Any University Graduate
• Minimum 1 years experience in related field
• Ability to work under pressure
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Prepare tables for meals, including the complete set up of linens, silverware and glassware
• Serve food and beverage to guests.
