SALES CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This sales contract is signed on the date 22nd January 2009 between Aureum Palace Hotels (Sales & Reservation Office) Address No. 41, Golden Valley Road, Bahan, Yangon, hereafter referred to as "Supplier" and MiCasa Hotel Apartments Address No. 17, Kaba Aye Pagoda Road, Yankin Township, Yangon, hereafter referred to as "Customers". Both Customer and Supplier agree upon the following points in this sales contract agreement:

This sales contract agreement is creative to encourage your esteemed guests to enjoy efficient telecommunication with competitive price during their stay in Myanmar.

1. Both Customer and Supplier agree that this sales contract period is for three weeks (renewable) commencing from 22nd January 2009 to 11th February 2009.

2. The Customer agrees to display the one-time GSM SIM Cards of Supplier in its outlets or sales shop.

3. The Customer agrees to settle the sales bills of the one-time GSM SIM Cards supplied by the Supplier by bi-monthly basic. The processing time to settle that bi-monthly bill be not later than 15 days after the last day of previous payment (in FEC or US$ only)

4. The Customer agrees to sell the items at not less than the price printed on the sealed cards. (FEC or US$ 20 in words FEC or US$ Twenty Only). In addition, agree to update the prices or new products in accordance with the Supplier's latest information and the Customer's sales performance.

5. The Supplier agrees to deliver 13 (thirteen only) one-time GSM SIM cards, an equivalent amount of FEC/US$ 260 (Two Hundred & Sixty Only FEC/US$) to the Customer effective from 22nd January 2009 as a consignment agreement. The card numbers are from 45520547~549 & 44426150 ~ 44426159.

6. The Supplier agree to collect cash after sales (excluding commission) upon the payment agreement as per this sales contract agreement.

7. The Supplier agrees to pay the Customer with a 1.5 % commission for the sales of one-time GSM SIM Cards.

8. The Supplier agrees to supply the customer with necessary products/ information/ new supplies upon the customer's requisition.

9. The Customer is authorized to distribute the cards at its outlets and to request more GSM SIM cards according to the sales performance.

10. The Customer is to check and inform beforehand, for any damage and user's instruction on the one-time GSM SIM Cards. The Customer will have to pay the price of any damaged one-time GSM SIM Cards, which has become under its management, after acceptance.

One-Time GSM SIM Cards

US$ 20 per card: to use within 4 weeks of activation

Note: The rate for international calls applies to calls made to any country.

Other Important Terms & Conditions about one-time GSM Calling Cards

• One-time GSM Calling Cards are selling in FEC or US$ according to the price printed on the sealed cards.
• They are one time use during the period after of activation and cannot be topped-up.
• The expiration date of both cards is March 31, 2009 with no exception, if the cards are not activated.
• In order to activate the GSM SIM cards, users must make a phone call first.
• If ERROR occurs when sending a text message, users must go to Message Setting in your phone menu and change the Service Center Number from +959- 5910001 to +959- 5930003.
• When sending a SMS text message, the user must input all digit numbers of the recipient's phone number. (ex: 09-recipient phone number)

• The users are informed that they are solely and legally responsible for any affair and incidence that relate to the purchase and use of the one-time GSM Calling Cards.
